TK Maxx

Popped in to TK Maxx as I can usually find some decent luggage at reasonable prices and wasn’t disappointed. A reasonable selection of options and I found exactly what I needed. This particular store has a good range of products and options and good parking. I often pop in and would happily recommend it.

Managed to find 3 items that I'm really pleased with, two tunic dresses and some lovely sandles, all at fantastic prices, saved around £100 !! Genuine bargains too.

Went to return some items that i purchased for son, unfortunately he lost receipt! Point blank refused to exchange even for a gift card - items had tags still on. Spoke to a manager who said she needs proof of purchase! I understand but surely if someone will except a gift card that would be better because you would be spending money back in the store - no customer service what so ever!!!!!!

I can never find anything I want or need it's too much of a jumble and I'm not a patient shopper

Good variety of goods in the store but trying to find a member of staff to help was impossible, had to wait until at the checkout to find staff! Would definitely visit again to find original items but not somewhere I would visit regularly. Ample parking available.

Best selection of clothes I prefer this one rather than Bournemouths one as I can never find anything in Bmths one.

Large airy clothes and items shop set on two levels in middle of retail park.
Easy access to front and throughout the shop if not a little tight at places, no evidence of CV precautions in place. But staff pleasant and easy to shop as not many customers on my visit. Clean shop but star dropped due to lack of precautions.
