Waited for nearly half an hour to place the order. Only two staffs serving customers. One staff was on dispatch. Nearly 4 staffs was in side the Warhouse cheating to each other!!! May be they were having a big meeting about "how to make big queue"
I wont complain the staff it's the management cutting staff hours to make more profit
And the bright side

Been stood here for over 15 mins at the collection point but still haven't received my item. I can see people who came after me has already received their item. My item has been 'ready to collect' on the screen for so long and the customer assistant has not acknowledged it. Theres more than 10 customers waiting and he is the only one serving. This store needs a faster and better customer service. Its really poor, when i asked him to check he impolitely said it still hasnt arrived yet. No apology or gratitude for waiting this long!

Disgusting customer service. Tried to return a hoover still in warranty that the manufacturer approved for a replacement and the rude lady who claimed to be the supervisor refused. As soon as we walked in she had an attitude and didn’t even test the product and made loads of excuses. The behaviour she displayed was beyond disgusting for someone in customer service. She should be fired let alone be put in a supervising role. I will never shop at Argos again and will complain to head office

Tried to buy a TV today. Hadn't used my Argos account for quite a while so tried to reset password. Over an hour went by with no email. Rang central helpline, only to discover without an order already being placed they couldn't help. Couldn't get past the robots anyway! Then tried calling the store direct. Tried 4 times each time made to wait 4 minutes then sorry we are far too busy to bother answering the phone, please try later then you are cut off! Never had this problem with Argos before. No doubt they will blame it on Covid, appears to be more of a pandemic than the actual virus lately! I guess I will take my £400 somewhere else. Their loss in not just a sale today but goodwill for the future

The manager who goes by John is so up himself! Talks down to customers like they're stupid. Needs training on how to speak to customers. I don't understand how he is a manager with his bad attitude. Needs to be sacked and if he isn't best believe I will be ringing in to talk to head office about him!

I will always go to this Argos as there was a lady called Lorraine which helped me purchase the right things as I had no clue. Very happy kind and puts everything into her job. Thank you

i had bought power bank made by Belkin from Argos which was horrible charging so slow in 10 days time i went back to store to return and wanted to buy another one but employee Ethan & Sabrina refuse to take it back as both are telling me i can't return back the item as i had open it. i told Argos policy is u can return with inn 30 days with original receipt and good condition.i want recommend this store very bad service.
