TK Maxx

One of my favorite chains, there is always something to see and buy, there are always promotions of very good clothes, underwear, shoes, bags and jewelry. Professional at Balam branch, good advice and very good for me,

I have spent 100s of pounds at this store (and most likely will spend more!), the staff members are nice, but I was very disappointed today. They not honor consumer warranty at all. I went to return shoes where both sole cracked and I was told it's "wear and tear". What's not a *wear and tear* then? Shoes are not supposed to fall apart after a few months. *Everything* can be blamed on wear and tear, using this logic.

Extremely long waiting times! I went there just to collect an item ordered online, it was a quiet time with no customers and it still took half an hour to collect even though I was the first of the queue. Three members of staff working at the till but they were too busy chatting with each other. Then the staff member who served me disappeared for 15 minutes looking for my item. Simply unacceptable.

I love tk maxx. Always intend to go in for 1 Thing and end up with loads more hence why I need to limit my visits. True treasure trove.

Usual motley selection of assorted stuff, you'll rarely find different sizes of the same item but that's usual across all tkmaxx stores so this one isn't special. Seems to be smaller than most I've been in but did manage to find what I was looking for.

I absolutely love TKMaxx!
But, I could not find any suits at all therefore, it would be better in the future to see some….

This shop is amazing. I gave it 5 stars although the prices are quite high, but that is what you would expect in London. Excellent customer service as well :-)

Absolutely ridiculous and rude attitude from the so called manager of the store. I have spent thousands, my family have spent even more thousands in the TK maxx branches, but here ilI hadn't spent 5 minutes looking at cookware, and she comes and stands right behind so close that i nearly fell, just back moving back alittle bit. Bare in mind the store is full of people so why me? I asked if she worked there and she said yeah and that shes the manager and shes looking at her stock because its full. She looked like she was standing there not doing anything, randomely looking around but constantly in my personal speace preventing me from moving around and browsing. I asked it she thinks i will steal and she told me to carry on shopping and she will just look at her stock. I mean, seriously, shes getting paid to just stand there and stare at 1 item (btw) for 10 mins?
I felt violated and attacked possibly due to racism or maybe my head scarf. People like that should not be allowed to work in customer or public environments.
