Usual great White Company products. The display is really eye catching and the store manager Lina is professional and friendly.

I recently made an online purchase as a gift for a friend who was recovering from an operation. On the White Company website there was an option to send the gift directly to the recipient, in a gift box with a message. I chose the gift box, wrote the message and paid for the gift. When the order confirmation came through a few minutes later, the gift had my name, not the name of my friend, with her address and no record of the message I had written. I called TWC immediately and spoke to a young lady who informed me that the order could be amended or cancelled even though the error was not mine and according to the lady I spoke to, probably a glitch in the system. I was really upset and asked whether the situation could be dealt with by someone more senior. The lady contacted a line manager - Adele Kent - who asked her to tell me that nothing could be done.

Not happy with the outcome, I contacted TWC online chat. After endless questions and lots of apologies for the inconvenience I had been caused, I was told that the complaint was going to be escalated and I would hear from someone within 24/48 hours, which indeed I did. The call came through whilst I was working, the caller left his name, but number for me to call him back and the call came through as no caller ID. I rang TWC a short while afterwards and since then have heard absolutely nothing. TWC have a 2 star review and only wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. TWC are yet another retail company who have used COVID as an excuse for poor customer service. There are so many other companies out there desperate to keep their businesses going and working hard to keep their customers happy. TWC is not not one of them. What was meant to be a lovely surprise gift for a friend going through cancer treatment has ended up falling far short of the mark. I will never buy fromTWC again.

Lovely concession in Elys with excellent layout and always maintained to a high standard. Staff are very efficient and pleasant and a special mention of Lena (Manager) and Edward, both can’t do enough to help you. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back. Thank you TWC.

Located upstairs next to the baby section in Ely's of Wimbledon Department Store. Superb range of products, polite, friendly staff. Well designed elegant interiors – smell their scented products as you walk in.. . Good design brings in customers. My wife and nieces love their range of home accessories and gifts. Great place to come for luxury baby goods, especially if buying items for baby’s christening. Also worth looking at are their stylish women's fashion and accessories - excellent seasonal colours. Love this company and its vision – they do keep up the product quality. We think they one of the best for home furnishings.
