The worst shopping experience you will ever have rude unhelpful stay away at all costs

The staff do not want any customers! So rude and patronising. One lady even mocked me for coming in to the shop. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

After being told to get bank account, as I don't have passport/driving licence,, I then returned to be looked down on, and spoken to so rude, I just waved my hand and walked out. They don't show interest when you talk, its like they look straight through you, to interrupting you when you ask. No explaining why, when it says on the site, its preferred but not a necessity. I have £60 Bill with Sky, £20 with mobile phone, £70 top up on rent a month, all direct debit. A £6.50 a week TV 32inch with 10 weeks paid up front(never fall behind then). And was told no photo I'd. can't help you. Weird 2 weeks before when online chat they told me to get bank account. The lady with blonde hair was not nice.

Got accepted in store and got delivery booked, 7 days later when it’s delivery day I called to ask what time they would be coming as it was already 4pm for them to say head office declined me and cancelled it. Brighthouse made me wait home all day without even having the decency to call me and let me know what happend. Then had the cheek to tell me to bring back the contract. Joke company!!!!

Poped in to see item I wanted to buy but hadn't seen in real life sales person was very helpfull despite me saying I wasn't buying from them

They sau your delivery is within few days and it takes weeks

The worst going at Edmonton Green the store needs to be closed down
