Recently I went to collect my order. I was served by a man named Edwin. He was was very helpful, he tied string around the package to make it easier to carry. Thank you Edwin for your assistance and amazing service 👍😊👌

This Argos is based within a large supermarket near the walk in entrance of the store . It is a rather small area which does not appear to attract many customers , which I have observed several times when I have collected an order. There are a few staff working there but I can only comment on the one member of staff that I have dealt with on a number of occasions. This particular gentleman is very friendly and extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to help you

Hello, I recently had to pick up an item on ebay with store collection and the person at the reception didn't even want to talk to me, I called ebay and he refused to talk…….I don't understand why he still comes to work

I went there today to only ask a question about My Argos Card which I haven't received and I tried to call the phone number from Argos Card app but I wasn't able to get through to them , so I work just across the road from Argos in Hendon ( as a CUSTOMER ADVISOR) .
I knew from the beginning that they won't be able to help me in the store with anything regarding Argos Card , but I just wanted some information.

Mr. Edwin was unbelievably rude, his tone was so aggressive towards me while I asked the question and then he was telling me to call that phone number , so I wanted to explain that I did already, and with a very aggressive tone he said ' I'm talking right now and you talk after I finish' .
And ending up just telling me to go away and that next time he won't go the 'extra mile ' to help me , when he hasn't gone the extra mile to help me in the first place .
Honestly very disappointed, wouldn't have expected this in an Argos Store.

Went there yesterday to return a small item. The guy at the till made it so difficult for me to get the refund. I had to show my statement to get my refund. His customer service was the worst I have seen in a while. Will not shop there again.

Worst experience ever the manager and the staff were extremely rude. Miserable staff and manager take their anger out on customers. The guy behind the till has anger issues and the manager covers him with her rude voice not knowing anything. Lacking professionalism instead helping by shouting and screaming and blaming customers. Just awful.

Always a pleasure when I use here whether it’s to make a purchase or return an item. I had one issue where I was in a hurry and the customer was asking a lot of questions so I asked can’t the other lady in the back serve me and I was apologised to and told she is in a break. When it was my turn I was apologies to again but I said no it’s not your fault and felt bad for asking about the lady on her break (which she is entitled to) because I know the feeling when it’s busy and you can’t get a break to sit down

The workers are absolutely rude and have no manners. One of the colleagues was even on her phone whilst serving me. I don't understand how Argos has such workers working in this store. I left the store without any help in the same situation. They have 2 workers at one till dealing with one customer as if they are trying to intimidate them. The worker "jade" is very rude and impolite, I don't know how she got this job but she definetly needs to take a customer service training class or even some etiquette classes to help with her attitude. If she doesn't like her job she should leave and not take her attitude out on other people. Argos needs to hire workers that actually care for the customer and want to help them.
