Beautiful branch but ……The slowest Argos ever. Need someone to step & manage this place properly. Been waiting for 15 minutes & no product yet. I Thu j these team is lost & could de with a good manager ( maybe the one from Ruislip branch )

Nice and friendly relaxing place to come just before closing time. Its quite big and just outside the station super convenient. Didn't have to wait long at all and staff were nice and friendly. Would recommend it. Came here to pick up a mouse i ordered online. Very happy customer!

I had come with product to return as its only open I checked there is no feature. This is the product I bought and they are not accepting staff are very rude. Supervisor Jimmy so rude in behavior don't know to give customer service. Ignoring when customer infront of them very poor service. I had only open this box once and I culdnt find any feature in it but staff is refusing to take I have receipt. If ull don't taken action I'll take it 😖

Well, once again it proved me right the way argos Wembley Central staffs and it services are pathetic. Especially they were rude and doesn’t follow the refundable procedures as per the instructions. I came across almost 3 ladies and I tried to explain them its been 3 days and items never used. They were not ready to listen but only stress upon a seal which obvious reason it has to be open and it was still there. After online calling customer service they said I was absolutely right and will be raise a complaint on them. Hope so this behaviour will improve of the staff.

I could not believe the service I had been given today. I was left waiting in Argos for almost an hour to collect some items. The staff were very unhelpful with how long I’d be waiting, and showed no sympathy to how long I was waiting.

There was verbal notice or written notice communicating that there would be delays in the store. Knowing there weee delays beforehand I wouldn’t have shopped there.

Extremely disappointed. Will not be shopping at this Argos again.

I ordered and collected a gaming keyboard, mouse and headset combo deal from Argos Friday 3pm 11/10/2022.

Naturally, I got home and set it up so that I could test it and feel if it works for me. After a few minutes, the initially comfy headset felt uncomfortable and the sound quality was lacking. The mouse didn't feel as comfortable as I'd have liked, and the keyboard was poor quality and also didn't physically fit well with my setup.

I chatted with an Argos customer service agent online to confirm that I could return the order for a refund so that I wouldn't waste my time taking it back to the store, only to be denied. They told me I could do this - I have the transcript.

I took it back on Saturday 12/11/22 - less than 24 hours after collection - and was told that I couldn't return it because it's been opened....

HOW can I be expected to know if I want to keep the products if I'm not given an opportunity to unbox them and test them first??!?

ALSO: I knew they were going to unpack everything themselves in order to check for any damage, so I didn't bother to 100% properly repack everything. I personally would never expect the customer to be able to repack tech products exactly as they were when opened. I expected they would have staff to ensure that items are properly repacked before they're back on the shelf for reselling. The manager at this Argos branch told me that 'it's not their job to repack the products'

So now I have been refused my refund. I'm disgusted at these completely illogical policies and at the way the manager handled it. I intend to pursue this further until I get my refund.

Argos will never see my business again.

Great team, the cleanest Argos known to mankind. A special shout out to Fatma for all the help she gave me choosing the right product. I was impressed with her knowledge in different product sectors. Amazing!

The staff are useless and slow. They also lack common sense and aren’t very helpful. They’d rather take the long way just to be jobsworthy, than be quick, helpful and efficient. They’ll tell you “we want to go home” well, I want to collect my products quickly and go home too but you’re the ones making this longer than it should be! I didn’t like the service, but they seem to be better stocked than other Argos’ in the area so I’ll probably end up going there again 😟
