It's ok. Pretty good service on the whole and the staff are polite enough. It's also a spacious store and there's plenty of parking. One thing they could improve on is packaging. I got a desk in a box and it was extremely heavy. Suggest they design packaging with handles so it would be much easier to carry.

Best Argos ever. I ordered a bike and the staff went above & beyond to help me assemble the bike so that I could ride home.

Staff are rude. Manager kicked me out and accused me of lying. Even though my concern was genuine. Very very rude.

Quick service, was in and out in less than 5 minutes (including ordering on the machine). Prasanth was very kind and efficient in dealing with my order, great customer service.

Wow this person was really kind to me and I appreciate what he did for me the managers were really rude to me so I asked this guy called Dylan if he could help me out and he we really helpful I am so great full because now my daughter got he brand new phone for her birthday day you are such a good staff and Argos need to sort out there managers as the were arguing with me and spat in my face someone need to sort this out quick but Dylan is the best

I had a slight problem with a laptop I purchased on 3/1/23. I dealt with the manager, Rosemarie, who was superb in her attitude and understanding. The problem was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction. Argos is very fortunate to have someone of this caliber working for them, but they probably already know this.

If you order online I suggest delivery. Staff rude and clearly not able to comprehend basic English.

There is no organisation and absolute chaos over there. They have 2 queues and only one being served. When question the young woman simply couldn’t understand the basic concept - like 1+1 = 2. Won’t be collection there again.
