Didn't have my item despite click and collect indicating it would be ready from 9am that day. Manager EXTREMELY rude and did not even apologise.

When I suggested maybe they could deliver it to the intended recipient (it was a gift) her response was 'ok that will be £5 extra for delivery'. When I pointed out it was Argos' error and they should post it without additional charge the response was 'well I can take the delivery charge off but then it won't get delivered'.

Pathetic little outfit.

Rude staff accused me of breaking the item myself and refused to serve me he was the one being rude I was being reasonable I work in customer service and the way he spoke to me I would of sacked him if it was my member of staff horrendous people skills. On the other hand the lady there was lovely and managed to resolve my issues.

There isn't an option to leave - 5 stars - but that is exactly e=what Argos of North Cheam deserve. Purchased a battery powered shaver - that works intermittently. Demonstrated the fault to Mike at the North Cheam branch - the first thing he says to his staff - in my presence - is "do not take it back unless he returns everything" and then tells me I need to return the cord with it. There is no cord. IT IS BATTERY POWERED ONLY. He then takes his staff member aside and tells her to check it against one in stock in case I have neglected to return anything and if I have they will not accept the return. So essentially, after accusing me of being a thief, he then concedes that no other accessories need to be included - because they don't exist. He then tries the razor with batteries - and it works. It is in INTERMITTENT fault - which means it happens again. He claims it my batteries that are flat. I demonstrate the razor working with said batteries - and then demonstrate that when I shake the razor slightly - as if I am shaving - it stops working. This is a 10 day old razor! he says I have to use his specific batteries. He also claims to be the manager. but when I ask him where the store manager is - saying I know he is not the manager, he says she is not in. He refuses tot ell me her name and says I have to visit again and again until I bump into her. He goes by the name of Mike, and he works at the Argos in North Cheam Argos (In Sainsburys). And frankly, his poor attitude, discriminating behaviour and complete lack of any customer service skills have ensured the Argos North Cheam have lost my business. Very very disappointing - and even your customer care team agree with me when I spoke to them on the phone - who were infact very helpful and informed me that I was well within my rights to return the product as it does not work as intended. They have advised I visit another store - and I will - perhaps there the staff will have been trained to treat customers with respect and dignity - and abide by the law ie the Sales of Goods Act. There - Rant over - oh and the final reason for Mike and North Cheam Argos in Sainsburys not accepting the faulty razor back? Because I tried to use it! He actually said that. All it takes is one bad apple to ruin a company's reputation (if only in one person's view) - and that is what has happened here. Very disappointing.

Very rude staff and online stock numbers are incorrect regarding expensive items... I can only imagine these expensive items are falling out the back door...

Good part is, there is lots of parking due to sainsburys.

However, it Feels a bit disorganised though. I ordered online and came to collect an order. The staff were busy and so collection took a while. The lady serving me couldn’t approve over 18 orders and so this also took a while. And than no bags or boxes were provided with the order. I thought doing an online - all the items would be together but they were not and so I had to wait for them items to be brought to the front.

I also had to them carry 200 pounds of two dozen items by hand due to no bags being provided. I was also being charged 30p for a bag when I didn’t have my wallet on me. Surely a bit of common sense should have come into play?

Wouldn’t come here again tbh

SUE from Argos, clearly hates her Job and most things breathing her much needed precious oxygen. especially customers in need of assistance. GET ANOTHER JOB unfortunately I cannot remember the amazing gentleman's name who didn't mind human interaction, I say unfortunately because it's correct the negatives stay with you and the gentleman was happy to go out of his way to be extra helpful. THANKS FOR NOTHING SUE...

Am appalled by the customer service here. Had a faulty TV and had an uplift no from the manufacturer as a faulty panel on my TV. A so called manager Hanifa noor was rude in store and when I called to discuss the fault she said I'm not helping you and put the phone down. Rung 2 minutes later and she had clearly just wanted to go home as she was off shift.
