Argos Holloway

Very busy largish Argos store. Its got a fairly big stock room which is open (never seen one like that before - bit like seeing behind the Wizards curtain!! Some of the magic lost!) V friendly and helpful staff around to support customers. Collection is actually v quick. I remember waiting what seemed like ages when I was a child...all done in a couple of minutes here. Spot on!!

I was all happy with my new purchase, and arriving at home, when I opened the box I found a used product in pretty bad conditions. I paid the transport to go pick it up and bring back and all I could get from them was a refund (because even a delivery option from another shop to my home address was not available). Really poor costumer service!!!! Will definitely not buy there again!

They are thieves. They stole my Iphone I bought it from the Ebay and requested to collect it from Argos Holloway. But shamelessly give me an open and empty envelope and said we received like this from the Royal Mail. Don't use this store for online collection. 😒

They Encounter IT issuess today but not make notification on Google map. I went to this store twice. I was very angry！！！No one in store solving the IT problem. It's totally empty. I suspect the staff refuse working on Sunday. It is very disgusting.

Argos like every single else. Multiple plenty of choice, everything brand new, in stock, in good reliable prices with warranties, short queues and waiting time. This is the best branch in London i think. 10/10

Absolutely disgusting customer service by LINDA the manager.

I know it's Christmas and everyone is busy, but when you are competing with the likes on Amazon, customer service should be at the forefront of any retail workers mind.

At 42, I've never had a manager of a shop make snide comments about myself and my husband all for a return.

On the 22nd of December, I went to place an order but accidentally refreshed the page so the money was taken, but I had not received a email confirmation nor is their any history of my order being made in the order history tab. So I placed the same order again and that went through all fine. I tried to get in contact with customer service to issue me a refund of the first order but could only get through to them if I had an order number which I don’t have because I didn’t receive one. I read in the help section of Argos website that I would be refunded for the pending transaction, but to my surprise the transaction had been cleared when I checked my bank meaning it’s been fully taken. I would like a refund please and for you guys to have to make it easier for customers to contact about such issues.

I like this Argos location. I have been buying from here for 4years. The employees of this store (Holloway Argos) are polite and friendly They have a diverse selection of products and I always am able to collect my purchases within 5 minutes.
