Functional store well laid out with self serve order machines and tills for those less tech savvy. Reasonably quick service. Use the Argos app to make sure items are available.

Went in to purchase wheelchair. Were kind enough to let us unpack in store and check for faults. Was one of the few that actually kept stock. Got 10 pound voucher on purchase that we used to get seat cushion for it.

Great store. Have to wait little longer to pick up the order. But can't complain with free parking outside, ideal if you have to carry heavy items.

Recently visited here and found the store to be somewhat outdated.. The machines to look up items have seen better days.. The process of paying too ages and to be honest for some unknown reason when I went to collection point B.. I had everyone else after me getting served which I didn't mind, but got upset with it all after I went to collect my item and the server walked off and I had to wait a further ten minutes until someone else arrived.. Good point is plenty of parking spaces..

Very rude. I went into the store with a hold all once with a friend ad we traded 200 games and electronics. We entered the store and we heard code red hardware. They then had 6 staff members around following us and pushing us out the door.

I went into the store to purchase items not to be bullied out of the store because they judged us.

BEWARE of this store they are rude and judgemental towards the customers. Avoid this store

Queued up outside to collect my item only to get to the counter and be given a bashed up box and told sorry, the box and item are damaged. Was then told my options were to accept the damage item or get a refund and reorder the item myself because they couldn't sort out a replacement or reorder for me. Spoke to the manager who wasn't much better and gave me a good will gesture and said there you go passing me the box back. I had to say i didn't want the item and was left with no option other than to take a refund and sort out a replacement myself! Why they even told me my order was ready knowing it was damaged, i don't know. Not impressed.

Check ur item before u leave the store , i bought a headphones , The box was opened riped and they re sealed it in the store ,when I asked her to changed the box give me an original sealed item she told me sometimes custumers want to check the item and they open it for them or damaged when delivered..... but ,come on ... I paid for the unopened brand new item , they souldnt sell opened box or at least they should put discount on it, I wanted a brand new unopened item , of course this was a last one , so i got refund ....Just waisted time , not recommed it
