A small Argos in the top left corner of the Sainsbury's store at Hankridge Farm on the outskirts of Taunton (by the M5 junction 25 roundabout) that lets you buy a smaller selection of Argos stock instantly, but most seems to be a click and collect service where you buy / reserve your Argos item online and then collect it in the store. It's newly built so very clean and looks nice, and the staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. Price wise however, you might still want to shop around first to see if the items you want are cheaper elsewhere.

The Bridgwater store is a waste of time, lots of out of stock items, hardly an staff so long queues. And apparently not a big enough store to accept returns so they send you to Sainsbury's in Taunton, what on earth is the sense in that??? Shame on you Argos👎

wife went in to collect item and had all the codes and collection number was only a £20 kids toy and with current situation she qued for ages to be told she can't take it as she didn't have the card it was paid with with her! So she has had to come all the way home not happy staff are lacking brains

Went into this store at 8.52pm on Tuesday 16th August, it closes at 9pm, all of the terminals said that the store was closed, there was a member staff behind the tills, I asked if they were still open ‘only for online orders’ was her reply, I said ‘so if I order an item on my phone I can get it?’ a male member of staff then came out from the back and said ‘only if you can do it in 5mins’. There is no phone signal inside the store so that was never going to happen, I only wanted a phone charger cable so I asked if they would just look one up for me, they were unprepared to do it, customer service non existent, I can’t imagine it would’ve taken 5 mins to find a charger lead.

The manager I think his name is Darren has no customers service is a jobs worth and incompetent not happy at all with there service and out of principle I just buy online from now on and argos lost another customer
