Argos Redditch Abbey Retail Park

The place looks quite presentable. Staff were quite cold and seemed like they didn't want to be there. In term of value and ease 5*, but I didn't even get a hello or acknowledge me, hence 3*

I had to return an item but had no proof of purchase! The argos phone lines (all of them!) Need a lot of work!! Not very helpful at all!! But! A very nice lady called Lisa in this store was AMAZING!! Very helpful, very polite and sorted my issue out in no time!! So a big thank you and the highest praise to Lisa at this store!! Thank you!!

A typical Argos store, but it's a big one, so they can stock a wider range of products. A good pick up point for eBay orders too. The free car park can get busy, but I have sometimes had to use the Sainsbury car park and take a short walk.

Ordered an IN STOCK item online and waited in 4 hours for the delivery. Chased via online chat to be advised it is not in stock but on back order - yet I have an email confirming the delivery. Order was cancelled without even checking with me - have been back online and ordered the item to collect tomorrow - Live chat agent states your website is wrong and I am sure you would not intentionally mislead the public on stocked items !!!! not acceptable that you would sell an item and take the funds if it is not in stock without any form of notification. Unacceptable.

Be Careful if your returning the manager of the store believes it is the law that she must refund to the card you have bought with and it must be there then, refused too refund a nice elderly lady in front of me and then did the same to me. It is not the LAW it might be company policy and if it is its a poor one, if you have proof of purchase, the item and proof of id are with in the sales of goods act law you are entitled to a refund , some serious training needed ,

I ordered and paid for an item online. When I opened it it was clear it had been used before, I tried to use it but it was faulty. I returned it to the store where it was snatched out of my hands, I have received no refund for this item. I was told one had been processed and that I was to just believe they had done this!!

This is not the first time I have returned an item that had been previously used, returned and then sold on to me!

This company is a joke.
Apparently the staff have no way to provide a customer with a print out or an email of an item being returned....... if it's been paid for via PayPal.

Argos has made a fortune during the pandemic - please invest in your technology and staff in the appropriate way.

Even during the pandemic it's still very easy to get orders, but you have to order and pay on their website first. You get a number on completion of online order and drive to the shop. You can't go in but they have a desk at the door, you provide the number and order is bought to you. Excellent service

Terrible customer service I went inside to try and order an ironing board they said I needed to set up an account no idea why I went outside set it up purchased one and then went back inside to collect it only to be told it wouldn't be ready until after 4 !!! Lots of staff stood about surely if that one wasn't in stock offer an alternative ! Received a text at 10.45 to say they'll confirm by text when it arrives ! 17.37 it shuts at 6 no call or text and no one is answering the phone absolutely disgusting service I should have just ordered from Amazon 😳
