The store is open and all the staff excited to come back.

The bar is open but the restaurant is scheduled to open approximately end of October with some good menu.

They now offer table service... I believe is due to covid restrictions.

In all it was amazing experience

Love the bar here. Very chic and classy with a huge selection of spirits and cocktails to chose from. My go to is however a hot chocolate made more indulgent with the addition of a shot of dark or spiced rum, and somebrown sugar.

Had my birthday lunch in the bar and restaurant which was an excellent choice. Do not miss the Christmas specials, especially the guinea fowl. Vegetarian option also garnered praise. Good choice of wines, cocktails. A good time had by all.

A great store with good quality branded clothes and fashion items. There is a restaurant on the second floor. The residential tower above has had its cladding replaced and the building is now looking stunning.

I was gifted hair straighteners purchased in store at Harvey Nichols Bristol as a Christmas present. However I'd like to exchange them as I already own a set. The person gifting these tried to return them only to be told:

"Sorry to inform you that hair straighteners are labelled under hair accessories, making them non-returnable or exchangeable."

When these were purchased at no point did a member of Harvey Nichols staff mention that these were non returnable. In fact, he was offered a gift receipt. I consider this to be misleading and unfair. POOR SHOW Harvey Nichols.

So good to get our again after lockdown, and where would we go? Well, one of our very favourite places in Bristol of course! And we weren't disappointed. The food, the service, the ambiance, and of course, the cocktails all even better than we remembered. Thank you HN2F!

Terrible customer service with copy and pasted responses after buying an awful perfume. Wouldn’t even send me a sample to choose a new one after wasting my money on a horrible one. No refund, no help.
