TK Maxx

I like Tkmaxx , there's always loads to look at and a mesh mash of surprising finds wether its an item of clothing or something else for the home this is a shop where something different from the norm can be found .....
Huge array of different prices for every customer to find something in their budget.
The changing rooms are large, clean with good lighting ...

My only complaint would be the long queues that often appear to form due to lack of tills being open.....as this a popular store this needs addressing....
The returns till should also be separated from the sales till maybe made upstairs as this till is needed.

Lovely collection of big brands but it would be good to have more stock available. Often find the design but either size is not available or out of stock.

U can get a low price item with high quality products. Better than Primark.

Nice big store at the haymarket shopping centre, can pick up good bargains but have to spend time looking for them. Parking at the centre or around the city but not free.

all things are randomly arranged so its soo difficult to shop.. as nothing is organized we are unable to find things we need..

Staff did not help with handbags
Also Valentino black handbags are not available, but you cannot just pay an order.
Services are not good for customers
No help at all what so ever

Went in today and the woman on the till was rude. I gave her my treasure card to scan and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed and then spoke her own language to the employee next to her laughing in my face. I don’t live in Leicester so it wasn’t very pleasant to be treated in this manner.

Spacious, worth a visit as they have some random amazing bargains. I didnt find any this time but hey, it was near after christmas after all . Looking forward to seeing what they have next time! ;)
