Think twice before buying

I never seen a shop with such incompetent staff,I had to skip work 2 days to stay at home to receive the television ,no one came and worst ,no one even warn us about it. Trying to sort the problem I called the shop all afternoon but no one answer the phone. I purchased the television 3 weeks ago still nothing but the money from the bank they know how to charge it but no television yet, amazing 👏👏👏

Terrible service tv insured had to wait a week for them to collect it for repairs, then a week later I heard nothing so complained tv beyond repair. Rang store took them a day and a half to sort a new one. Then waited another week for delivery 🚚 that didn’t turn up excuse was they forgot to put it on the van!!! Best bit I phoned that morning and was told it’s still coming!! I when it didn’t arrive I phoned again this is so what I was told so had to wait 4 more days and supposedly getting delivery today I’ve no confidence I’ll get it. In the meantime I’m still having to make weekly payments. Disgusting service don’t touch them with a bardge poles my advice
