Helpful staff, better as a pick up service once ordered online, which is a lot easier. Do really want to browse through the book in store. Order online, pick up, no waiting in line. Better then amazon, you don't have to wait for delivery.

Bought a Google chromecast for £30. Just took it back the day after as do not need it. Refused to refund even though I have the receipt. I have bought 3 TV's a playstation and various other items from this store in the past year but definitely won't be going back. Potters bar argos.

Not up to much at the moment. Staff really helpful but the supply logistics are pretty hopeless. I ordered some stuff wrong size. Excellent exchange. Reordered. Gave email stuff. OK.
Following day, received email. Goods ready for collection.
Arrived 14.30 ish. Goods not here yet. Told another delivery @ 1630. Returned about 1800. Still not arrived. Returned next day. Same result.
Why email me initially, when there's nothing to collect ? 2 days later.
Meanwhile, went to Home Logik in Darkes Lane. What I wanted in Argos they had. Makes me wonder.
Yesterday Saturday 17th Nov, made order. Informed today, via email order ready to collect. Much to my surprise, order was.
Will improve star rating.

My elderly dad brought a scooter and had to return it. We didn't receive a refund, Martha called the Argos customer service team for him and sorted it out. She really went above and beyond for my father, he even tells me that everytime he shops, she makes sure his ok. Seriously haven't seen that kind of service in retail for a while. Thank you to Martha
