Argos

Three out of five items not available (as per usual) even one reserved ( and confirmed online!)
Staff friendly and as helpful ad they could be.
I had made special arrangements to collect and subsequently got stuck in nightmare rush hour Guildford traffic.
Getting fed up with Argos hopefully Sainsbury will kick it back into shape used to use them all the time but will probably ditch my Argos card in new year if it hadn't improved.
They lost about 2k worth of trade out of us this Christmas... Are they bothered? Probably not

Went to pick up a 'confirmed' item only to be told there was a mixup with the logistics. Made a special trip so not best pleased. This was made up for by the attitude of the manager Matt, a can do person who I suspect is wasted at Argos!

Very helpful staff, great parking, quick service. Some fab deals. Very convenient. Easy to get to, away from main shops so much better. On site with other major stores . So worth popping in.

Staff Are lovely and friendly, location easy to park and free for two hours. Plus with many other shops and also has a burger king less than 50 metres away.

Used to be good. They have recently had a refurbishment to look the same as the mini store within Sainsbury’s. Unfortunately the service has gone down the toilet - the two young lads hanging around to show people how to use the new ordering machines was great, but as for collecting your items it is hopeless.

I stood there for 10 incredulous minutes watching 3 idiots faffing around on a computer behind the counter, briefly acknowledging the growing customers, then going back to what they were doing. Nobody manning the conveyer belt, but people standing around chatting and checking their phones in the background.

Finally got my item from a guy who looked like he couldn’t be bothered to be there, and then I realised he was the manager!

What a shame. I’ll stick to amazon.

Had a very bad experience with the poor customer service offered. I believe in automation and use the search and pay options however that cannot be excuses for being lazy and giving wrong information.

I am sure not everyone in the team is lazy hence the 2 stars

Waited 45 mins whilst the guy faffed arnd with my watch.only wanted the links removed.abt 3 tries later the watch wldnt clasp as it had been put back wrong but insisted he hadnt taken it off..got so fed up i took it.went back today hoping to get the watch tightened quickly to then be told only one person in the store can do that and they are not there "would you like to know when he is in"..like no so i wait around for the same guy who coudnt take out a link and put it in the same place..what a joke..shldnt make appointments for sumthing i imagine shld be taught to mre members of staff instead of just 1.disappointed

Extremely helpful staff friendly and professional, an excellent combination to meet with. Especially when returning faulty goods. You can also see my review on the argos in godalming who I tried first with more dramatic effect!
