Only one cashier on, was a 10 minutes wait even though it was quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. Searching for product was difficult as seemed slow system and not responding to touch on the screens plus item's not in stock

Dropped in for a quick purchase and I must say, the service was excellent. A young lady by the name of Stacey was stationed at the door and led me through their kiosk flawlessly, explaining exactly what I needed to hear about their products. I'm not exactly tech-savvy so her aptitude with the machine was a tremendous help. Very kind and patient, I would definitely recommend approaching her with any troubles.

Tried to get my microwave fixed on 6th May 2022 but the glass broke I was extremely disappointed and rude to the lady helping me sorry for being rude I do apologise.

Never had an issue within this specific Argos store, they always seem to have a good team dynamic here, sad to see it go / transfer to the Sainsbury's premises and address. Not sure if I will be able able to access the same level of committed and efficient customer service within Sainsbury's, thank you Argos team!

Disgusting! My sister bought a £800 fridge freezer from Argos 3 months ago. They promised to deliver it today and told her in advance to clean the old fridge-freezer as they will deliver it between 12-3PM. Texted her 6 times that she will deliver it today, when it went past 3PM and noticed she wasn't getting any messages she called them at 6PM just for them to tell her that she won't receive her fridge that she paid for until next Friday (It's Saturday today). My sister started crying and the call handler said it's fine, you'll get it by Friday. Absolutely appalling!

Staff always very good, however stock levels are shocking. They never seem to have much stock and you ending up having to travel to nearby towns if your able to or wait for it to be delivered to store. Hence the 4 stars. Would be 5 if wasn't for stock levels.
