If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order on the 24th, was told on the 29th it would be sorted and dispatched within 48 hours. Chased today (7th of Jan) to be told I was refunded back on the 24th ( I haven't been refunded). Customer service absolutely no help.

No display models of the sheets. Just pillow cases. No staff available to help either - just 2 of them running the whole shop

I have spent a good deal of money at White Company. Recently I ordered 2 Norton Stools which were expensive, I forgot to include the discount code, I contacted the staff explaining this. I am registered disabled, like a lot of their customers I'm sure, I cannot type quickly but every time I was cut off, as I wasn't quick enough! It occurs to me that WC is patient enough to take your money, but not if you have forgotten something that would work in your favour.

Very disappointed. Went to return a Christmas gift for a same priced bed sheet. Had to pay additional 20% as gift purchased in Nov. It was a like for like item. Less than charming in service

Extremely rude, is the only way I can describe my experience in the white company. I overheard two employees speaking and one said ‘keep an eye’ whilst signalling over towards where me and my friends were standing. Immediately we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome so left straight away. Simply wanted to enjoy a nice evening shopping, Will not be returning.

I ordered on 25th November. I still don't have my order over two weeks later with no explanation, response or communication. Very disappointed.
