Quality products, location-wise, select a day and time to visit to avoid traffic. Helpful staff but projects lack of store knowledge, lots of parking space. I like the changing and feeding area for kids.

Beautiful store which is absolutely huge and makes the one on Oxford street look 2nd best . Great selection of clothing , homeware and a really nice food shop . Great selection of children’s clothing and If your energy starts flagging mid shop they have a great cafe to sit in and eat some delicious snacks .

This is one of the biggest store near Farnborough. The store is well merchandised as per the company’s high standards.

Live after Covid has changed and the team are strictly following the Govt rules.

This is an excellent M & S store! The place is huge and largest have ever shopped at with an equally massive car park. Inside is full of quality clothes for everyone, home furnishings & fittings, kitchen & dining products, great food and much more, plus a superb cafe. Highly recommended to shop at!

Why does the hot chicken counter close at 6pm. Do you only cater for rich bored housewives who can go shopping during the day???

When I went to pay, the young lad at the till left my purchase in a pile on the counter and plonked the receipt on top. Did not ask if I wanted a bag and made no attempt to fold anything. So I took my time and neatly folded everything myself. I hope I embarrassed him into thinking what he had failed to do.

I am so pleased M&S superstore is closed to me. It is always a wonderful time spent there be it shopping at the foodhall, with plenty of quality food, nicely presented, or the clothing department which is spacious, bright & airy w a welcoming fragrance when you walk in. (particulary during Covid times, it was the safest shopping there, total space with cleanliness, fresh n purified air, uncrowded).
Staff are always polite n helpful w smiles.. I will shall frequent more often.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was at the tills and asked a customer service lady (white, short, about 5'2" tall, about 55 to 65 years old, short grey hair) for wipes for my hands because one of the meat was open and juice dripped on my hands. Then she shouted "You shouldn't be buying it if it's open" in front of everyone. I said I didn't see it was open. She still didnt get the wipes and continued to argue with me so I said "don't worry about it". So I was just standing there with my hands all sticky!
