The Original Factory Shop (Abertillery)

We were questioned at door about what we wanted to buy, informed there is no browsing allowed, felt watched in the shop, then comment made at till about needing item bought!?! Staff bit over overzealous with restrictions and power . Usually staff very nice there. Not incounterd this anywhere else.

Compared to the photos on their Facebook page this store is sadly lacking merchandise. The lady who served me today was was lovely and very polite. Sad to see this company decline as I used to love going to their stores

Best shop around just cant go in there without picking up a bargain

Ten days ago I received an order I made on their website. Just opening the boxes I noticed that the items were of a different color that the ones ordered, so in a few minutes I wrote them explaining them the problem and asking them to replace them for the right items. Nine days later I'm still waiting for an aswer. I tried also to contact them through their facebook page, just an aumatic canned reply. It's a pitty that an online shop like this is offering a so poor service.

The shop is very well located just off the centre of Abertillery town. A 1min walk from a main bus stop. I visited the store today for a pair of Hiking boots and soaks. But as the way the staff have the flour laid out you find yourself looking around. On saying that leads into what is on offer in store and it would be fair to say that they have most of what you need from a umbrella and soft drinks to soft furnishings to garden maintenance & improvement. Also male & female , boys and girls clothing and footwear. kitchen _ pet care.

Surprisingly sells lots of good items.

It's a great shop, the staff are very helpful if the item you want isn't it store they can order it from there distributor and you'll have it in a day or two
