B&Q Chorley

The staff this morning excellent, Paul on checkout and Sam. For going above and beyond when, I was in there with my client who wasn't feeling herself.
We managed with their help yo get all we needed, in a smooth Manor.

If you're fortunate enough to find a member of staff on the shop floor, you're as likely to get a grumpy attitude or very vague directions as anything useful. Barked at instantly upon entry that gas canisters were out of stock.

B and Q always used to be my last choice when doing home improvements due to their prices. Still a bit on the high side for certain items but overall happy . Easy to checkout now with the self serve. Always clean and tidy and helpful staff

Excellent service today from Joe on real Christmas Trees and Adam Store Manager who was very helpful- both definitely went the extra mile. I live in Preston but find Chorley store staff far more obliging.

The website said chorley had stock of a dehumidifier, when we got there they had sold. We were helped by a very nice man (possibly store manager) who ordered one for us with free home delivery 👍

Being a smaller store it obviously didn't have the selection that the larger stores carry.
Staff were friendly and helpful and managed to find what I needed

A small B&Q is a rarity nowadays, so this is quite refreshing. Went in to buy some tap washers and found them easily in this well-signed store. Staff friendly and helpful.

The shop floor staff were not as helpful but the girl serving at the checkout made up for it. She waited for me to find my e voucher even though she was due to finish soon she did
not rush me.
