Good store and parking. I had a kitchen planning appointment which I showed up for on before time.
I waited nearly 15 minutes for the guy to show for the appointment who I saw smoking outside when I entered. Everyone deserves a break but I value my time. A bit naff. Poor time keeping

Tried to pick up a package for my wife with click and can't collect service, even though my wife's name wasn't on the print out of the order I showed them, I confirmed her name, I showed them government photo ID to prove who I was but was told I needed a passport or driving licence, apparently "anyone can get police ID", I just had to laugh.
No problem though, if you don't collect it you get an automatic refund, Wickes, Toolstation and Screwfix click and collect work well so took my business elsewhere and won't bother with B&Q again.

A simple refund for a faulty fuel can was not handled well today. Hopefully, lessons have been learnt.

I was sent to pick up something that was not in stock in the store where we had just spent over £1000. I had the paperwork for the order that we had just placed, an email with a qr code and the credit card that we used to pay for it but they still expected me to show a passport or driving licence. Get real. I don't ever carry a handbag so I don't carry these very valuable documents. Surely I had enough evidence including a purse with lots of credit and debit cards. Loads of id!

Actually many times I visited this place because nowadays I like to DIY and I created a smart home as well. At the moment again I'm on the way to there most of the stuff helpful and professional but some of them don't know anything better to ask two people
