Very friendly staff. Have all sorts of bits and bobs. Usually have everything i need and if they don’t they are willing to order it in for me. Also have two really cute dogs scurrying around.

staff are very helpful and accommodating
if they don't have what you want they will steer you in the right direction, see that's what's serving the public is all about , helpfulnss, which alas is not so available,
with all their customers skills that's why this store has been trading for decades

Just had my first 'adventure' into this place to get a set of keys/fob key done. Aladdins cave doesn't quite do it justice. They had everything i needed and I came out with a few extras which I had been looking for, but had previously thought overpriced elsewhere.

Iv'e had a fantastic customer service experience there!
Annie was very knowledgeable on the type of paints as I was planning to refurbish a bathroom. She took her time explaining me things, patient with me. They truly look out for their customers especially when they spotted parking ticket officers in their security cameras and made announcement in the shop!

I had a rounded hex bolt stuck in a TV stand. I brought it in, and they were able to remove it for me and give me replacements. Very friendly service, very prompt, and very well priced. I actually thought they’d undercharged me for it. 5 stars for sure.
