Staff are helpful but seem to change staff very quickly?. I have spent a small fortune in this shop and I haven't bought what I really needed to DIY, intact I put products back on the shelf because one of the staff said I didn't need it and now I desperately need this product?. From a more confused customer than before I went into shop!.

Both store assistants uninterested and on their phones while I was in the store and looking to pay. Just went back to exchange a faulty item they gave me and the store is now literally closed for an hour between 12 and 1pm for no reason, shutters down with no sign out saying when they'll be back or why they're closed. No one answers the phone either. Terrible service!
