Clean, well lit store. Friendly, professional staff, and easy check out without long wait times.

Since this is my first visit after landing here from the US, this store had a much more limited product selection compared to US competitors Lowe's and Home Depot. But, I admit this may be because of the particular store, not the chain as a whole.

Altogether, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Large store in Watford. Bit expensive but you will get each and every thing.

Nice shop BUT online it had a stock listing of 4 Philips Hue bulbs and ZERO actually on arrival (i.e. stock count was incorrect not that they had been sold!). Very helpful staff looked for a good 15 minutes but didn't manage to find them. A bit annoyed as I had to drive from a different town to get there.

Plenty of free parking. Located near Bushey arches.
Staff can be friendly some are a bit rude.

Found what I wanted and left. Smooth transaction.

Made paint mixed here once and that was another good experience. Chose the colour and finish and watched it being made.

Be careful with some items as people open up boxes and take bits out before closing up again. We got caught out once but the staff gave us an exchange on that occasion.

Beat B&Q I came across as a trader. Special thanks to Chris and Paul. There are lots of very friendly staffs in that store, unfortunately I can't remember everyone's name. Trust me please, it's one of the best store I came across. I would recommend it to anyone because I know that you won't be disappointed.

Been a while since I visited. Both parts are now on the same side of the estate. I was not ready for their trolleys to need a coin so had to struggle with my building materials to the checkout. I didn’t find the materials lay out particularly unhelpful and having the sand outside almost guarantees you’ll get wet sand. This checkout was efficient and in fairness the lady cashier did offer me a trolley.

DIY heaven… helpful staff. Couldn’t go through a lot. Went in to find moisture trap for condensation/mould prevention and found it in 5 min.
