I'll never buy paint from anywhere else now. They have bent over backwards to colour match for me, and have been friendly and helpful throughout. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is second-to-none. I'll be back in next week for more paint as we are doing up our new house. Highly recommended! There's a huge difference between walking into a chain store and going to a local business - if you've not tried them, do it - you'll end up wondering why you didn't go in before!

Due to COVID-19, I’ve been unable to get my hands on Crown trade standard paints locally. Ordered online via the Tradec Supplies website and extremely happy with the outcome. Rapid replies via email and telephone, both parcels delivered using DHL within a working day or two. Packaged extremely well, which was a worrying ordering paint online. Will happily use again and recommend anybody else to do so. Thanks, James.

I ordered online because delivery was quoted as '2-3 days.' I had an email to announce the 2.5L paint had been shipped. Hours later a phone call announced only 1L cans were available'and 2 of which arrived 2 days later (one star for that). And I'll need to buy another can in Birmingham.
If I lived in Essex I might have gone to Tradec's shop but have wasted too much time online to recommend.
