Such a large store. Ample parking despite being a Saturday afternoon. As this store was at the end of an estate road next to a supermarket there was a bit of a queue getting out again. This store always has what I am looking for and more. The staff were helpful and took me to aisles I needed. Great job !

Massive selection of tools and materials at this B&Q. However trying to find a straight piece of wood here is like trying to find an honest politician. There are also not many staff for such a big store. So getting help when you need it can be a challenge.

Big store, helpful and pleasant staff. Quality was as expected but there were a lot of items with small amounts of damage.

There is a public bathroom and baby change at the back of the store (by Lighting and it's a great door). The toilets were perfectly clean and nice.

Widest on-the-shelf range in the area. Staff pleasant.
TOP TIP... If the product you want has no bar code, take a picture of the shelf label and ask staff to enter it at the till.

The biggest frustrations with this and every B&Q is the appalling website which gives out of date stock levels inaccurate shelf location for goods - this is so simple to get right and so frustrating when it is offered but wrong.
With competition like Wickes and Screwfix literally on the doorstep the app and website needs to be as accurate and helpful as the competition

Several staff and 3 managers but no one "trained" to use a mobile forklift to take stock off the first shelf as per the manager. In the mean time the forklift is driving up and down in the back moving stock. Surely managers are trained otherwise how do they know staff are using the forklifts safely?

Amazing clean (not seen a cleaner DIY project before) and well set out. Lots of choice and you felt like you were important when you asked for advice. Not of a nightmare getting out but be patient. Some good prices and some not so good so shop carefully.

I made an order last night after midnight, for 7 rolls of insulation, they were delivered by 3pm , 1 roll was wet at one end and the driver took it back and bought me out a new one within the hour, excellent service !!!! well done B&Q !!
