B&Q Slough

This isnan absolutely massive store and brilliant for either the Diyer or trade. There's a brilliant range of tools, parts, building materials, plants, fitted kitchen and bathrooms and much much more! The staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Parking is free and plentiful.

A good place to have all household hardware requirements. From a small nail to wooden board, ceramic items, bathroom fittings everything you will find here.
But one thing I will say that before going there you must have a good knowledge what you want to buy & how to fit it, bcoz assistant persons don’t have enough knowledge about that. They can guide you to find the item but they don’t have in details information.

I went in to buy paint and laminate flooring. The guys at the paint counter were rude, snappy and completely unhelpful. I used to work at b and q and would never dream of speaking to people the way they spoke to me. Disgusting. Going elsewhere now

Well stocked store but very poor customer service: no cutting service for large plasterboard sheets and no assistance to enable large sheets to be cut to manageable sizes for customers without access to large floor space. Checkout wouldn’t even hold the product until I returned with a larger vehicle apparently as I has aid online. Training in customer service and needs wouldn’t go amiss.

It is a standard B&Q. Nothing special but one of the larger ones in the local area. Traffic can be heavy on the A4 at times but the car park, shared with other outlets, is large enough.

Electric chimney and fire places and Christmas collection

Neat and tidy, well laid out. Got everything I wanted. Like most other stores it could do with more staff, on the floor & at the tills

I ordered the wardrobe from them, It was not complete, I didn’t received the door hinges in it. I am calling the customer care no. They always says someone will contact you for this. Noone came back to me after 1 month of delivery. I tried calling them 3-4 times.
Will never buy anything again from B&Q
