B&Q Romford - Roneo Corner

Fine. Had everything we wanted at acceptable prices. Only marked down because of the lack of staff on shop floor, which meant it took a long time to find some of the things we wanted. Also, would not be good for anyone wanting advice about their purchase, as there simply weren't any staff around to ask.

They sold me faulty laminat
I did send them all details and pictures.they just ignore it .I did contact them again they should get contact with me in 24 hours bust still same no one even bother

I shop here regularly. Some months back I bought a chain saw. I was unable to couple it. I took it there this week to ask for help. Thank you so much Terry. I am happy with the chain saw. A very good customer service experience.

For a massive store they have no time for customers. I spent lots of money on flooring that unfortunately after being laid only lasted around 4 weeks as the joins were faulty. I did everything their customer service team told me to do in order to get a refund or least some kind of replacement however 4 months later they still have not got back to me.

One bloke with dark hair working near the collection counter was full of self importance and quite sharp with customers and not very helpful.
The bloke who served Adam I think served me ok brought out the board 8' X 2' quite heavy it would have been good customer service if asked if I could manage as I'm well in the mid 60s say offered to get someone to help me carry it or get a barrow as other B&Q stores I've been this was the case I could just pushed the item to the car. The experience was not great

This store is ok, staff try to be helpful, but I can only think about Ron Swanson saying “I know more than you” when interacting with staff.

The fixtures and fittings isle is more like a pile - that is an unorganised mess - I spent half an hour looking for m12 bolts.

Got heckled by crystal windows on the way out.

Massive store with friendly and helpful staff. You're bound to find everything you need here from garden plants and furniture to building supplies. Reasonable prices as well.

Stock seems to have really been run down of late.
Started using Selcos Barking.
Went and joined registered a debit and credit card and now order over the phone.
Always have what I need in stocks and staff are very helpful. Personally
Recommended.
