Good store, slightly ambient on new customers. Whether in work clothing or not. Excellent price ranges.
Negative. Staff in an unavailable mind set. A little confusing on the out lay of the store settings as to other stores.
Positive. A good community home & commercial building stores. A very wide selection of sundries tools materials & products

Received exceptional customer service today from a member of staff called Vince. He cut some wood for our home bar and offered some helpful suggestions for trim. A really decent chap. He is a credit to the store. Good old fashioned service.

This is one of the bigger stores and seemed to be well stocked. Up to date policing mask wearing at the door. Good to remind people of the still present dangers and the correct rules. Staff seem helpful and alert, on occasion moving trolleys or obstructions to my wheelchair. Thank you.

Car park is shared with a very big supermarket with green signs. The disabled spaces are well marked, but not regulated in anyway. In the time it took to hoist my chair out the car there were 2 departures and an arrival with no badges on display.

There are a surprising number of roundabouts surrounding these stores and the car park entrance is not obvious and I (and two others) found the service entrance first!
