Nice local DIY store stocking a vast range of products, in addition to the Screwfix that is also nearby. Can get quite busy with long queues especially near closing times on a weekend. Currently going through some refurbishment but they got everything you need, aside from maybe some items what are probably only available in larger stores.

SHOULD BE 1 star….THE ONLY REASON THEY GET 5 star is because of tanzin. He saw the line and saw the frustration in not just my face but others aswell and then opened self checkout . There was plenty other staff at the time but they did nothing . Work on your staff customer service at the tills please

Went yesterday to buy some paint. Guy took the order and didn't fulfil it because 8 pm store closed. And I was inside the store 7.40. Very bad customer services not happy at all. If he can't make it or he has to go why he took the order. Came all the way and nothing they gave me

Best B&Q in area. Huge parking. Staff try help as much as possible. Manager are amazing personally many thanks for your advice and service about bathroom. Bolts and washers where they should be. Everything is nice clean and tidy. No mess on shelves. Wery happy with everything.

Found what I needed, store was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant. Parking was easily found, plant pots are a bit expensive but they had the size I needed in stock so can't complain. My one gripe are the checkouts, I'm not a fan of self service checkouts, I like to deal with people.

Not as good as Roneo corner half the amount of product. Staff not as helpful. So I go to Roneo corner for my DIY and garden needs
