It is a great store with the full variety of sections from garden, kitchen, bathroom to doors and appliances and other stuff like paints etc.
Very spacious and ample stations for hand sanitisers. Staff are nice and helpful.
Store is on the ground level with access to a big carpark hence no issues for wheelchair users.
Overall a good tody store.

So this store offers free parking right next to the shop which is convenient. Large trolleys are available as are normal sized ones. Staff are helpful and polite. The store is big so be prepared to walk a while. There is good disabled access and parking along with key cutting services, a nursery of plants and tool hire. Overall a decent store.

Lack of Customer service skills .
Ordered material for roof repairs but delivery didn't turn up but staff wasn't interested to help or make an effort to liaise with the manager for further clarification. This lady at the trade section needs further training as there's loads of scope for improvement. The kitchen section staff's made an effort to help which really appreciate.

Nice quick visit!
Popped in to grab a Christmas tree! Good selection, nice sizes and the prices, I think, were good!

A few of the trees were a little tatty, they advertised delivery for items in store, but the assistant told us it’s not for items actually in the store. We didn’t wanna risk getting a sloped tree so we got the one we wanted!

The assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name, blond hair with glasses) was extremely helpful and kind! And very patient! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

This store have good stocks, helpful staff.. Sometime its hard to find them.. Otherwise I will prefer to go to this branch out other B&Q branches. Hopefully this store won't start getting busy with more customers.. Before you know the customer service might go down because of that. Otherwise thank you for help and service Beckton branch.

It was the first time for me to come over to Beckton, as I needed to come to B&Q, and I have to say I had a very pleasant experience in the store.
The staff were very friendly and also very helpful, I needed to get some items and I could not find them until one of the staff went out of their way to help me.
When I got to the tills I had a very helpful and informative conversation with a staff member, about how I shorten the tree by a couple of inches.
This member of staff {Frank}, was very pleasant and his knowledge and understanding was excellent, he is a credit to B&Q, has where all the staff I had interactions with.
A rather pleasant experince. I have posted some photos, and a badly done video, the Christmas demonstration is excellent.

I love this store. You can get everything you want in 1 go. My only comment would be is that it is difficult to find help quickly as the floor staff seem to congregate in groups in certain areas. As I am disabled I cannot shop for long due to standing and walking and there is no where to sit. Maybe having some call system like on the tills would help to summon help?

Amazing service from Michelle, delivery dept. She was helpful and thorough. She sorted out the mess and delays from other members of costumer service staff. Grateful of Daniel, the delivery driver who was very helpful too. You are lucky if you get the right person in their costumer service!
