B&Q Melton Mowbray

Fantastic service from Jackie and Karl. Despite knowing what I wanted when visiting both showed good product knowledge and ensured that what I was purchasing was correct for purpose. Jackie and Karl were also very knowledgeable when it came to business policy and customer commitment - especially when I brought up the price match promise (something I wouldn't normally do, but for £20 it made sense!).
Thank you very much both for a good service - you have done the company proud! I tend to find myself in too many stores where staff are not aware of either the product they are selling, or the customer they are selling to...I lucked out today with both of you :)

Came here whilst visiting family, there are some great offers in store in the garden area with plants of all kinds reduced.... well recommended, knowledgeable staff always on hand for enquiries.

Staff at this B&Q store have been friendly and helpful each time I have shopped there. It's not the biggest B&Q store I have visited, and does not have a timber cutting service (The "super" store in Coventry does, which can be useful for getting the bigger bits cut to car size if needed) but the choices available are still very reasonable. You are most likely to find what you would normally look for in a hardware/building supply/DIY type of store.

Prices here aren't always the cheapest for the same product, you could possibly find it elsewhere but this shop is conveniently open till late. Be careful when shopping here as some of the products will be covered in dust from storage but if you bear this in mind it isn't a problem. Disable and family parking at the front of the store, but limited spaces. General parking also at the front of the store which helps when shopping when late and possibly dark.
Another great visit, items I wanted were on the shelf, check out guy was as friendly and cheerful as he always is... noticed some prices had gone up but I was expecting them too..
The store felt considerably warmer on this visit and managed to purchase what I wanted

Good range of DIY equipment. However, you may need to go to a larger store for some items.

Visited on the off chance that I could get a little help with an issue in my kitchen. The staff were very good offered some excellent ideas, will definitely be visiting again soon.
