those guys will ask you what you are looking for , direct you to the right place , ask if you have all the tools needed ;and show them to you. My experience from the shop is and will be remembered. I also got few items 10% cheaper because I was "polite"

This shop is second to none for stock and customer service. I have been here several times and now keep going back for the following reasons. As soon as you walk in you are greeted, not in a pushy way but in a warm, interested way so that if you aren't sure where anything is or have a query you can address this immediately. The shop is so clean and well organised. The entire team are warm and friendly and so helpful and well informed.

I really enjoyed my experience at Leyland Clapham. I’m new to DIY and needed some advice to get me started. I spoke to Darren who was a great support with this and answered all of my questions. He’s very knowledgeable and provided great service that installed me with confidence to tackle the diy I’m about to do. I will be back when I’m decorating my next room.

I went into the Clapham branch today and was instantly greeted by various members of staff, I was asked if I needed help by a young man named Darren. He was very friendly and helpful, ensuring I got everything I needed, including the dust sheets that I forgot to pick up. The thing I like the most about that store wasn’t just the service that was provided to me, but that the atmosphere had such a nice friendly vibe between the customers and colleagues. I shared this with Darren and he told me there were vacancies within his branch and other branches then handed me a recruitment card. I shall be handing this to my nephew as I believe he will do very well in this type of working environment. Thank you team clapham.

We went to Leyland today to purchase some paint, we are a bit clueless with DIY so the help that Catherine gave us was fantastic, would highly recommend!

I can’t thank Piotr enough for his help on Friday. I came in late Friday evening with a broken drawer and he went above and beyond to help fix it. He was unbelievably helpful and incredibly kind to take the time to fix it - it’s not a service they offer yet he kindly said he’d fix it for me. A HUGE thank you to Piotr.
