It's local and needed ceiling paint for a quick project but the internet connection is a problem for pay by phone. I walked out empty handed and went to B&Q instead as they don't have this problem and they're cheaper too.

I got all the help I needed . The staff were very pleasant. A good choice of products and easy parking. I had a nice cup of tea in the coffee shop to finish my visit.

I bought my Hayter Harrier from Masseys based on the supposed excellent customer service, sadly my experience wasn’t what others had received for saying I was spending almost £800.
Mower was ordered over the phone and collected it on a Saturday, on arrival I was taken to the rear of the building to find my item buried amongst other old and new mowers gathering dust, I let this go and took my mower home, it was parked in the garage until Sunday when I cut my lawn for the first time, it did an amazing job but my heart sunk to see a lot of oil was leaking from the air filter, the mower was never tipped in any direction and my lawn is flat. A Call to Masseys resulted initially in a lady telling me I must have tipped it! Regardless I returned it to them and collected it a week later, still they were saying it must have been tipped or over filled with oil, I reminded them that they put the mower together and topped up the fluids!
Some weeks went by with no issue but last weekend I found a slight leak again, to say I feel bitterly disappointed is an understatement and I am not looking forward to arguing my case with Masseys.

Super knowledgeable staff, and Amazon crushing prices. Enough choice and a cafe with quality home made food. [I can guarantee] What's not to like people?
