Great store. Super friendly staff who were super helpful especially Jaime helping me find the right bit of wood and then cutting it perfectly. Great job team BnQ Dover as good atmosphere from everyone.

Had everything we needed. Staff helped and were knowledgeable as to where items are in the store. And reasonable prices.

Superb establishment, lots of stock. We were looking for a shelf for a kitchen unit, not a high value item at all, but sales assistant Howard went to extraordinary lengths to ensure we got the correct item. He even arranged for the piece of timber to be cut to size using the in-store cutting service. Nothing was too much trouble. It's really great when you get the same service for a low valued item as for a high value. When we upgrade our kitchen which we plan too soon we will make our way to B&Q!

Such a great store but lacks in some products. No 12mm ply, no gyproc coving.!!! Had to travel to Canterbury 😥

Buying some wood. Ringing the bell 5-6 times and waiting for an assistant to turn up, so we can get the wood cut in half and fit that in the car. Minimum length on shelf was 2400mm, nothing smaller available, it was 2400mm everything. We waited 15 minutes until someone turned up.

Shop assistant: ''Can't cut that I'm afraid it's too small for the machine''

[2m40 planks of wood ''too small'']

Me:'' Do you have an old fashion saw next to your big machine, so we could just get those cut in half and then we can fit them in the car?''

Shop assistant:'' No I'm afraid that's against Health and Safety™, but you can actually purchase a saw in here and then cut it.''

We left, and bought the wood from Homebase instead. Turned out their range was a lot better, much more stuff available, so we know where we're going next time.
