There was a young girl (staff) who helped me get materials to build gym dumbells out of cement (20kg bags available and 25kg), very helpful and lovely!

Great service from all the staff but Damien in particular. He went above and beyond and I will definitely be back and recommend highly. Thank you Damien for a 10/10 service!

I love this store it has all my diy needs and the staff are so friendly and helpful whenever I go in there it has always been pleasant on this occasion I was served by a young man named marc he gave me some advice around my paint and even shared a joke well done leyland

The most unhelpful and uncompassionate staff and especially store manager E V E R!

Shopped here only once before and today was in a rush for two ID-restricted items despite looking my age (29) and sporting a thick beard. Just to buy a mini hammer and superglue for my workplace.

Even showed my proof of vaccination (which has my DOB) as well as two of my bank cards (to match my name and surname) but the store manager was the most useless human being I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Ended up having to run to Robert Dyas in Ealing who were instead super helpful and understanding of my rush and urgency. The items required were also £4 cheaper than they would have been at Leyland Ealing.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. And will from now on actively discourage potential customers from shopping there. Overpriced and rude staff do not excuse the convenient location. B&Q and other stores are so much better.

For such an established brand, they could and should do so much better. And judging by other comments I am not the first complaint either against this store manager and the staff.

Came in for a light bulb and the shop keeper was very switch on, he knew exactly what I needed and worked like a dream when I got home. Much better service than online retailers.
