A huge store with a car park available. Great customers service. I was very impressed with the staff help and how they are listen, patient and understanding our needs. The flowers garden aria is very beautiful. I will recomand the store for anyone needs something for building, house, gardening job and not only, to visit this one first.

Super helpful staff. Went in a bit clueless and was helped massively by the team there, special shout-out to Kushal who took time to calm my nerves, explain laminate and underlay to me and helped hugely with bringing my items out. Honestly really grateful for the team for helping and being patient with the barrage of questions I had!

Building materials and gardening material massive store! Went today for renovation purchase of our UK Visa Consultancy Service concern named Viza International UK Ltd @ Kensington, London. Once you Step into our office to see the Magic!

Large DIY store, access from westbound A40 slip. Should be able to find pretty well anything for tasks around the house, and things such as lawnmowers and barbecues. Garden centre at rear of store where we found the compost needed. Plants were mostly in need of water and looking sorry for themselves, so probably not best place for plants. Staff helpful at self checkout.

Yesterday we were served by Teresa , very helpful, kind and patient lady . Advised us on colour ,paints , wallpapers . Her attention to details for what we needed and advise on how to mix glitter and the wallpaper was great . 5 stars for the service. Will alway go to this store due to the amazing service which we received from Teresa.

Big shout out to Neha, who helped us out this Saturday morning. She really went above and beyond and showed excellent customer service skills. We are absolute novice when it comes to DIY (or even changing a light bulb) and she really helped us and taught us a couple of things as well!

Hi All, I just walked into B&Q Acton looking for some bags of gravel and a very helpful Rishi showed me exactly where to find it on the shelf. Then I told him what I will be using it for and he suggested that I also needed some bags of sand, he explained to me what would happen if I don’t use the sand explained a lot of things and gave me a lot of advice. He loaded all ten bags onto the trolley for me and as we were walking to the checkout another friendly colleague named Josh offered help to load all the bags in to my vehicle. I was so please and I very much appreciate their help. Superb customer service.

Big shop but the prices are bigger than screwfix that is only 100 m away to Park Royal station. For example for a folding trolley B&Q ask 49£ when to Screwfix is only 39£ same trolley. I do not recomand to use copy key machine inside the shop because they charge you but will never make you a copy of your key. Good to use if you want to buy cut to size plywood (also be carefull when you give dimension, it happen they cut me wrong size of plywood)
