As a fairly inept DIYer I needed advice on how to repair my caravan bed. The staff were excellent, very helpful and made sure I had all the stuff to do the job, making completing the job straight forward. The bed is now sturdier than it has been since I got the caravan.

Spacious and well laid out store. Front seasonal section is always adapting to the new trends. Staff always on hand to help and garden centre is lovely.

First of all I'm wheelchair bound. We find paint that we like for bargain price of £5. Get to till and it goes through at wrong price. So non helpful lady at till goes on headset to seek help. My husband goes off to show someone where paint was...in meantime I'm at till and someone is now behind me..cashier decides to cancel my order and move on to new customer while I'm sitting ready to pay.! The next customer was embarrassed for me. Rude rude rude . Disabilities do matter!

great got what i needed was very busy , staff where helpful , good offers on at present.

We like using b&q as very handy place to pop in the evening when it's not busy and have a good look inside !

Staff were very helpful. The store is part way through changing their plant selection and it looks good. They are getting over Christmas and sorting for Soring.

There's a guy, glasses, long hair...He was just splendid really helped my grandma I'm too short to get certain things he was incredible, BNQ corporate...give him some rubber plants n that

Great stock, good prices, look out for clearance items, helpful staff and great access 👍
