B&Q Yeovil

We came in for some specific items. Was easy to find where they were using the website to locate the item/aisle with the online map. Wouldn't have had a chance in h*ll otherwise. Just lucky I thought to look online.

Today I visited B&Q in Yeovil to purchase a number of products, not being a natural decorator, I had to ask at least 4 or 5 different staff members for help.
Each of the staff were extremely helpful especially the lady who last assisted me, just wish I got her name!!

Reasonably well stocked with paint. The three for two offer on colour paint was handy. 10L brilliant white matt emulsion was a good deal at two for £45. Staff could have been more helpful.

I went into B and Q in Yeovil yesterday to organise what was, for me, quite a complicated painting issue. Honestly, they were simply amazing. I could not have been more surprised, or better treated. A lovely lady by the name of Anna helped me. She really went the extra mile, took my phone number and even phoned me back about a colour that was on order. So, so kind. Whilst on the shop floor, unable to find my way around, a gentleman by the name of Lee so kindly showed me where I could find all my items, and then organised an off cut of wood for me that was not charged. Such a fabulous experience ! I have not always enjoyed B and Q shopping, but I have changed my mind. Most impressive. Thank you to both of you. Jane

Staff at Yeovil B&Q are less friendly and cheerful than they used to be a year ago. Just to be fair, some of their staff are still extremely helpful while handling my questions, but this was not the case with the cashiers. I noticed many times that they forgot to greet and smile to the customers (not only to myself but also to the others) and sometimes their service was completely silence. I hope they can at least be reminded of the service level that they used to have. I think I will switch to other shops in future.

It has a good selection of tools, got a nice plant, helpful staff I was very lucky as had purchased a garden spade along with other items, got home realised I had left the spade, went back and they still had it.

My experience in this store it was a verry good one.... Everything is clean... The staff its very helpful .... All the products have a good quality.... For the right price!! U can find everything what you need.... In a single place... U don't need to search in all shops... U can search on their website and get a reservation...
