Very friendly staff, who there went above and beyond to help fix a problem I’d been having with my bike… big thanks to Viktor and Joe, appreciate all the help and the customer service.

Everyone was super helpful, nice and smiley. I bought sanding paper, a brush and freshly made paint and it took me less than 5mins to find everything. The store was clean and tidy. Would def go back!

Absolutely amazing workers in shoreditch branch everyone was smiling and happy even with deliveries to do and absolutely loved the way the manager and staff members went the extra mile for me even with my extra mile they helped another customer at the same time. Definitely shopping in shoreditch Leyland again kept me smiling even when walking out the shop

I had some paint mixed up there and when I got it home and opened it, it was nothing at all like the colour chart in store. I painted a small piece of wood and allowed it to dry to check that it wouldn't miraculously turn into the colour I wanted. It didn't. So a few days later, I went back to the shop with my painted wood sample and compared it to the colour chart. Not even remotely similar.
So I discussed this with the manager who agreed but, told me that they were unable to guarantee colour matches for mixed Leyland paints. He said the colour charts were old, so you would think the obvious thing to do would be to order some new ones then. He also said that if you want Dulux paint (more expensive) then they *are* able to guarantee an exact match for that brand. So, in a Leyland store, they are unable to reliably mix their own paint to the colour on their own charts. And they're more than aware of this but let you go ahead with the whole rigmarole, wasting both your time and money.
I asked if they could refund me as the colour wasn't as advertised but he would only offer me £5 off my next purchase. This is incredibly poor customer service which surely skirts trading standards, as something is effectively being mis-sold. Suffice to say, I've not bothered to return to the store since.

I’ve been to this local store for many years and have had pleasant experiences. I was unfortunate to encounter the mixed race woman member of staff who was extremely unprofessional and rude.

I won’t be coming back to this store as the service has decreased rapidly.

A sales associate called Mariana is consistently rude when I come in. This last visit will be my last. It’s a shame, the staff in Mike end are always great

Huge shout-out to Will here, helped me out massively by solving my problematic lamp, true hero! Leyland's are always brilliant, and he was a credit to them :)
