Sarah at Streatham Hill (Leyland SDM) is outstanding. Her knowledge & customer service is beyond excellent. Over eight days we needed help with plumbing, painting, electrical, masonry & wood work. Sarah & her colleagues took time to listen & advise us. The shop itself carries an extensive, quality stock that is good value. Thank you for all your help. Highly Recommended

I have never seen such bad service. I wanted to buy equipment for around £200, it turned out that delivery over a distance of 2.5 km is £27. I gave up and bought it for £100. I will never buy anything from this store

Good choice of products. Service a little slow, even though I was the only one at the tills. When I asked for something specific, a member of staff just pointed to an aile and said they are over there, when I went there, there were so many different ones to choose from, I chose two kinds to make sure I got the right one. When I asked another member of staff about a different product, I asked "which is the best one of these for my needs, they didn't say "this one" they started reading the labels on the products, so I don't think the some of the staff are very knowledgeable about the products. So to conclude, if you know what you want, there is a large variety of products, if you don't it's a bit hit and miss.

Welcoming store. Assistant Helen has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Helen had good knowledge of products I need, my decorating query sorted thanks again Helen and Leyland I'd definitely shop there again.
