B&Q Burgess Hill

Love this place! The staff are cool and look awesome! I'm very much a "what is that tool..? Oh nothing important..? I MUST HAVE IT!!!" lol could literally/and do spend hours here looking at stuff I must have and most likely will never use! Staff go above and beyond with questions like what discs for cutting metal and what paint for that etc! 5 stars easy guys! <3

Disappointing bathroom section. Not as good as Homebase in East Grinstead. I was looking for inspiration for my new bathroom and found none. If you just want to buy tools or hardware it’s fine

This is a far better store then the Lewes Rd branch, Brighton. If you have the time it's a nice little drive too.

The store is generally well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good range availablecand reasonable prices. The store is well arranged and readonably clean. The outdoor plants are of a good quality and are well cared for.

It has great variety of items you might be looking when renovating, changing a room, face-lifting a house, a garden etc!

Good B & Q site in Burgess Hill. Very big, and has plenty of choices, click & collect service, free parking, lots of trolleys, a large garden section, friendly staff, power tool recycling, battery recycling, a membership club, and carry-to-car service. All credit cards are accepted, including Google Pay and Samsung Pay too. Prices vary and can be slightly more expensive than other retailers but that's offset by product availability, speed of collection and free parking. I like their range of Magnusson tools - black & orange - which are all well made and come with a lifetime guarantee. They have installed self-checkouts which work very well. Happy to recommend 👌

The shop is ok. The garden section is good. And decent variety of things. I do find the lack of Smart devices disappointing. And some areas of the show room is smaller than other shops. But overall is ok.
