A very good Hardware store run by a very courteous and helpful staff. The shop is always fully stocked and very reasonably priced. They always have what I need and are very knowledgeable; always serving with a smile. They go out of their way in order to get their customers what they want. They also provide free delivery and can order in for the next day if they don't stock the item. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!

Great Local Hardware Store! They have a large range of stock and can order in most items quickly. Staff are friendly and advise whenever needed. Delivery is also available. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service was excellent. I was looking for some products all over leicester and thought I was not going to find them. I called the store and they gave great guidance and offer the products they had available. Due to traffic delays they were late to open however they gave me a call back to let me know which I really appreciated. I got to the store and was greeted by a warm welcome. I would recommend this store to everyone due to the service I received today.

My first impressions of this place was amazing the owners are both incredibly friendly, helpful and seem like lovely people. They were so welcoming to the point I'd rather buy my DIY stuff from them instead of ordering on Amazon now. Its really good to help your local business so when I need anything this is my new go to place.

As always very friendly and helpful, the owner is always willing to go the extra mile and if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for them to order it in for me! Outstanding service and shop, would highly recommend for your gardening, DIY and home project needs amongst many other things!
