The parent & child parking has been covered with pallets of compost for months now. Despite emailing, speaking to staff in store and even receiving a call from the manager, nothing has been done about this. I go regularly with my daughter and there's nowhere safe to park where you don't end up with a van parked too near to safely get her into the child seat when I get back to the car. It's so poor and so easy to pick the pallets up with a forklift and put them literally anywhere else in the car park.

Good B&Q, has a garden section outside. I found it very handy to look up what you wanted online first because the website not only tells you if it's in stock, but also in which aisle! This made navigating the store really easy. We got everything we needed so it was a successful trip.
Plenty of car parking too

Always a good choice of everything needed at home. For those who have a diamond card you can still get discount on a Wednesday. Sorry to say, they are not taking on any new OAPS now. Still very competitive though.

Good in house helpful staff, but found buying a handrail that measured 3.6 m long, they could not deliver from that store as it would not fit in their vans. "We could try a larger store or take it out in the car park and saw off a piece and take it home that way". That's what we did the next day.

Our local life-saver. Useful for all sorts of things, but quality often poor and service variable from really excellent to totally indifferent. I have bought some excellent, really good value plants though.

Big thumbs up to Leatherhead B&Q, currently best place and value to get Calor Gas. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Poor availability, don’t waste your time going to this store. Spend a few extra minutes and travel to Sutton or New Malden store. Three colleagues chatting at the desk when they should be putting out stock and filling gaps! Clearly someone needs to do a gap zap and order up!

Don't normally visit this store, but I was in the area so it seemed convenient at the time. Unfortunately most of the shelves in the plumbing section were empty and they didn't have what I wanted. I reluctantly settled for an alternative part but I will probably stick to my local B&Q store in future.
