Amazing customer service by the staff, namely Dario, Allessio and Paddy! Also another guy who had long hair, didn't catch his name! Really helpful and great banter. Satisfied customer and will definitely be a customer at the Dalston branch whenever in need of painting and decorating supplies 👍😊

Pretty good, I have bought plumbing bits and pieces, paint, fillers, tools, screws and various other miscellaneous stuff from here over the years. Prices are good and the quality is better than elsewhere in many cases.

The only drawbacks are, one, the selection with some types of products is a bit patchy, even when you factor in the size of the store. Two, the male staff can be a bit patronising if you're a female customer, and assume you don't know what you came in for, let alone that you know what you're doing with what you are buying. I may not look like it for various reasons, but I am an experienced DIYer and handyperson and have been since the late 90s.

Always a pleasure here. Staff are very helpful. Yesterday a gent called Patrick helped me, and we had the most interesting and lovely conversation. I left is such good spirits. Had to leave an appreciation review for Patrick.

Went in here last thing on a Friday night. Was helped by Leo who super knowledgeable, extremely friendly and gave us great advice. Top experience, thanks

Brilliant service, excellent friendly staff. Patrick went beyond the call of duty doing something for me that's not in his job description.

The place is small but it has the essentials and is open on Sunday which is very handy.
