B&Q Llandudno

Very diverse with their products. Came looking for fire action signs, expecting not to find anything close. But very much to my surprise, I found some! Unfortunately they only had English ones when I needed bilingual Welsh/English ones.

I had a little look around for fold up chairs and found everything I was looking for too.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful - when I couldn't find the bilingual signs they offered to go in the internet and find some for me which I was impressed with.

All in all, a very broad range of quality products served to you by friendly and helpful staff.
To give you an example of how broad the range is: there's everything from fencing to furniture and drinks coolers to candles. I think we can all agree that B & Q is the place to go for household items.

I would recommend you to go here if you need a household product which is not so common.
With a delivery service, click and collect and even more products available on the B & Q website, this is a great place to go for a variety of items.

Very relaxed shopping experience, the staff are wonderful.
They now have self serving tills, which is just marvellous.
The staff are always nearby to assist.
Wheel chair accessible entry and indoors.
A variety of plants and DIY tools and accessories.
Free parking.
Any heavy items, the staff are more than willing to help with loading your car.

Great store. I love B&Q... everything under one roof for DIY and decorating the home. This store seems like one of B&Q's older stores as the layout seems more cramped and slightly different from others but nether the less still stocks most of what you need .

I find the staff at Llandudno B & Q friendly and helpful. Yesterday they rang around local branches for me to locate some wallpaper that was in low stock at their store and arranged some to be put aside for me in Bangor. Always helpful when visiting the store 😊

Very large store with plenty of choice for anything to do with your house from diy to kitchens and everything else . Plenty of parking spaces and disabled spots, it’s a little on the expensive side but there is no competition so they can charge more. Staff okay if you can find one and some more helpful than others

Could do better in the garden department nobody to help the customer lady struggling to lift compost onto her trolley.

Yesterday I came into the Llandudno store enquiring about a plastering product. The attention and help I received first from a young man, Ryan, and then by a young lady, Janet, was superb and I shall certainly be coming into this store on a regular basis if this is the standard of support offered. Thank you.

Basically, it's a large warehouse.
It has. of late, been quite poorly restocked I some departments.
On my last visit I found it very noisy, with vehicle reversing warning sounds and fire doors opening. There was also a seemingly unannouced random fire alarm test going on.
Souless. Some staff are very helpful, some assist only grudgingly. Till staff generally very nice though.
Unfortunately, it's now the only DIY store actually in town, so no other choice but to go there for certain items.
