B&Q Carmarthen

Went in for decorative stones and saw some plants that I thought my sister would like, garden assistant was brilliant because I don't know anything about plants, she advised me on the best dog friendly plants so bought a few. Happy shopper. Great staff. Beautiful plants.

Just want to thank all the staff in the plumbing section - late Saturday night and they were all truly so helpful in advising us with our emergency toilet purchase - thank you it fitted perfectly and our Airbnb guests arrived with a perfectly working bathroom. We really were super impressed thank you all x Annette & Bob from Island View Cabin Tenby.

I have visited this store several times lately and have found the staff that work there very helpful and friendly. The store holds a wide variety of products for all DIY enthusiasts and professional trades people. I was shocked however when I went in to buy some more of the "Good home" 10Ltr Montreal masonry paint, to find that it gone up from £25 per 10Ltr to £40 per 10 Ltr!!!!. I had to buy it as I was on the end of a job. This rise has taken place in less than a month. Its good paint but I think the £15 increase is nothing short of greed.

Very good store. Neat, clean and well merchandised. Helpful staff available.
A charity fund raiser was in progress which added to the atmosphere.
Refreshing experience compared to most B&Q's that are the opposite of this one.
Clearly the leadership team in this unit know what they are doing and care about their profession.

As always a great selection of DIY, household items and Christmas cheer. Plenty of staff on hand to help and we found everything on our list.
3pm on a Tuesday, very quiet for easy parking and peaceful shopping.

Went for a sheet of plywood...as this is now a 'small branch ', they don't stock any sheet materials.
Will go to my local building supplier in future.

Quite a small store and easy parking. Introducing self-service checkouts witch are more trouble than they are worth.

Lovely staff helped me out, Paul went over and above to find the right nuts&bolts for me, finally assembled my dining table as I'd misplaced my original fixings!
